These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of our website and services. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.

2. Our Services

ShiaEdu provides live, one-to-one and group online Quran and Islamic education classes via video platforms. Our courses include Quran reading, Tajweed, Hifz, Shia Aqaid, Fiqh Jaffari, and more. All sessions are conducted by qualified tutors who have been vetted by our academic team.

3. Enrolment and Free Trial

Every new student is entitled to one free trial class before committing to any paid plan. This trial is designed to help you assess the tutor's teaching style and confirm the course is the right fit. Enrolment into a paid plan is only confirmed once payment has been received.

4. Fees and Payment

Course fees are listed on our Fees page and are subject to change with prior notice. Payment is due at the start of each billing cycle. We accept payment via bank transfer and other agreed methods. Failure to pay on time may result in suspension of classes until the outstanding amount is settled.

5. Cancellation and Rescheduling

We understand that life is unpredictable. Students may cancel or reschedule a class with a minimum of 24 hours' notice. Classes cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice will be counted as attended. Tutors who cancel without sufficient notice will reschedule the missed session at no additional cost to the student.

6. Student Conduct

ShiaEdu is a respectful Islamic learning environment. All students, parents, and guardians are expected to:

7. Intellectual Property

All content on shiaedu.com — including course materials, text, images, and branding — is the property of ShiaEdu and protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any content without our prior written permission. Our tutor profiles and course descriptions are proprietary and may not be replicated on other platforms.

8. Limitation of Liability

ShiaEdu provides its services in good faith and strives for the highest standard of Quranic and Islamic education. However, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access to online sessions due to factors beyond our control, such as internet outages or third-party platform issues. In such cases, affected sessions will be rescheduled promptly. Our liability is limited to the value of the affected class.

9. Privacy

Your use of ShiaEdu is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data. By enrolling, you confirm that you have read and understood our privacy practices.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from your use of ShiaEdu shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. We always encourage resolution through direct communication before any formal proceedings.
