📋 Step by Step

The Admission Process

To join our Shia online Quran classes anywhere in the world, you only need to follow four simple steps. Most families complete them within a few days.

1
Submit Your Registration Request
Parents or students can contact us through the website or on WhatsApp and say they would like to join our Shia online Quran classes. Please tell us the age of the student, whether they have read the Quran before and your country, so that we can suggest a suitable time.
2
Free Trial Class
After your request, you will be given a free trial class with one of our Shia Quran tutors. The tutor listens to the student read, answers your questions and explains how lessons work. There is no payment and no pressure to continue.
3
Course Selection
After the trial class you choose the course that suits you best, such as Tajweed, Hifz, Quran with Translation, Shia Aqaid or Fiqh Jaffari. You then pick the number of days a week from the fee plans, which start at $30 a month.
4
Schedule Confirmation
Once your course is chosen, we confirm your class days and times to fit your availability and your local time zone. After that, your regular weekly lessons begin with the same tutor.

Getting Ready

What to Prepare Before Your Free Trial Class

You do not need to buy anything or prepare a lot. A few simple things will help your first class go smoothly, whether it is for you or for your child.

💻

A Device and Internet

A laptop, tablet or phone with a working camera and microphone, and an internet connection that is steady enough for a video call.

📖

A Quran if You Have One

If you already own a Quran or a Qaida book, keep it nearby. If not, the tutor will guide you from the screen in the first lesson.

🏠

A Quiet Place

Choose a calm corner of the home where a child can sit and focus for the length of the lesson.

💬

A Few Questions

Think about what you want from the classes, such as reading, Tajweed, Hifz or Shia Aqaid. The tutor will use this to plan the first lessons.

Parents are welcome to sit in on the trial class. When you are ready to continue, see the fees page for every monthly plan, or meet our Shia Quran tutors first.

In Her Own Words

A Note From a Mother on Enrolment Day

I put off enrolling my daughter for almost a year, not because I doubted ShiaEdu, but because I'd built the whole process up in my head into something complicated — forms, interviews, some kind of assessment I wasn't sure either of us would pass. I remember sitting with my laptop one evening, fully expecting to spend an hour filling things out before I even got a reply.

What actually happened was a WhatsApp message back within minutes, a friendly voice note asking a few simple questions about my daughter's age and whether she'd read any Quran before, and a trial class booked for two days later. There was no test to fail, no form longer than a sentence. The "admission process" I'd been dreading turned out to be a conversation.

Her trial class happened on a Tuesday evening after school, and by the Thursday we'd already picked a course and a regular weekly time. I keep thinking about how many months I lost simply assuming it would be harder than it was. If you're the parent who's been meaning to "look into it properly" for a while now, I promise the actual first step takes less time than reading this note did.
