1. How Our Fees Work
Our plans are paid monthly, in advance, after the free trial class. You choose how many days a week your child or you will study: plans start at $30 a month for 2 days a week and go up to $52 a month for 5 days a week. Every plan, in every currency we show, is listed on our Shia Quran classes fees page.
There are no hidden costs. The price is the same for children and adults, and for male and female tutors.
2. How to Pay
Once you have chosen a plan, message us on WhatsApp to confirm it. Then send the payment by one of the methods shown on the fees page:
- JazzCash, for families paying in Pakistan
- Bank transfer to our Bank Al-Habib account, for families paying in Pakistan
- International bank (wire) transfer to the same Bank Al-Habib account, for families abroad
After paying, please share a screenshot of the payment on WhatsApp so that we can confirm it and start your classes.
3. Our Refund Policy
We want every family to feel confident before they commit, which is why the first class is always free. If you decide that the classes are not right for you after paying, our refund rule is simple:

| From the 8th day after payment onwards | Half of that month’s payment is refunded, and half is kept |
To ask for a refund, simply message us on WhatsApp or through our contact page with your name and the student’s name. We will confirm the amount with you and send it back.
4. Missed and Rescheduled Classes
Life with children is busy, and we understand that. If your child misses a class, the class is not lost: it is rescheduled at a time the parents choose. If a tutor ever has to cancel, the class is also rescheduled at no extra cost to you.
5. Changing or Stopping Your Plan
You can move to a plan with more or fewer days a week from the next month. If you would like to stop, just tell us on WhatsApp, and the refund rule above applies to the current month. To start again later, follow the simple steps on our admissions and enrolment page.

Questions About Refunds and Payment
Do I pay anything for the trial class?
No. The first trial class is free. You only pay if you decide to continue after it.
Can I get a full refund?
Yes. If you decide to leave within the first 7 days after paying for a month, we refund the whole payment.
What if I leave later in the month?
From the 8th day after payment onwards, half of that month’s fee is kept and the other half is refunded to you.
What happens if my child misses a class?
The class is not lost. It is rescheduled at a time the parents choose.
Do fees differ for children, adults or a female tutor?
No. The same monthly plans apply to children, teenagers and adults, and to male and female tutors.
